We ship every Clarfiys chess set from our U.S. warehouse. Because each set includes a solid hardwood case, orders are packed in double-wall cartons with corner protection.
Processing time
In-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
- Standard shipping (contiguous U.S.): free on all orders. Estimated delivery 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. territories: calculated at checkout; 7–14 business days.
- International: not available at this time.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather and carrier delays are outside our control.
Order tracking
Every shipment includes a tracking number. If tracking has not updated for 5 business days, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier.
Damaged or lost shipments
Please inspect your package on arrival. If the carton or the set is damaged, photograph the packaging and the item and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the damaged set or component at no cost. Packages marked delivered but not received should be reported within 7 days so we can file a carrier claim.
Address changes
We can change a shipping address until the order has been packed. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
