3.25″ king
Compact. Sits comfortably on a desk or coffee table with a 2″ square. French Lardy, German Knight and Zagreb.

What exactly is included?
The two-drawer hardwood case with the board inlaid on its lid, and a full Staunton set of 34 pieces – 32 playing pieces plus two extra queens for pawn promotion. Pieces are weighted and felted.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–7 business days across the contiguous United States. Standard shipping is free. You will receive tracking by email as soon as the set leaves our warehouse.
Can I return a set?
Yes. Return an unused set in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Defective or incorrect items are replaced at our cost.
Which king size should I choose?
A 3.25″ king suits a desk or side table; 3.5″–3.75″ is the tournament standard and feels right on a dining table or dedicated chess table. Every case is matched to its pieces, so the proportions are always correct.
How do I care for the wood?
Wipe the board and pieces with a dry, soft cloth. Keep the set away from direct sun and radiators, and out of damp rooms – a stable climate keeps drawers sliding smoothly for decades. Never use household cleaners on the finish.
