We want you to enjoy your chess set for decades. If it is not right for you, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return conditions
- The set must be unused and in its original condition, with all 34 pieces, felt pads intact, and the original packaging.
- Sets showing wear, scratches, or missing pieces may be subject to a restocking deduction of up to 20%.
- Personalized or engraved items cannot be returned unless defective.
How to start a return
- Email us with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will send a prepaid return label (for defective or incorrect items) or return instructions (for change-of-mind returns, where return shipping is the customer's responsibility).
- Pack the set in its original carton with the pieces in the case drawers and the case wrapped in the original protective material.
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable except for defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges
Want a different set or size? Start a return and place a new order, or ask us to arrange a direct exchange – we will hold the replacement for you.
Defective or incorrect items
If your set arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover all shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
